These terms govern digital game rentals and access plans ordered through VONLYLEGAL. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the access conditions confirmed for your selected plan.
01 · General information
VONLYLEGAL provides digital game rentals and access plans. All deliveries are virtual; no physical products or discs are shipped. A catalog listing or WhatsApp enquiry does not automatically confirm an order. We confirm the game, edition, console compatibility, availability, plan, and access requirements before accepting payment.
02 · Rental process and delivery
Choose your game and plan on the website, then use the WhatsApp enquiry link to book with our team. The website does not currently process payments directly. After payment through the method agreed with our team, we verify your order and payment and provide the necessary login details or setup instructions. Orders placed after 10 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) are processed by 11 AM IST the following day. Game access is provided within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation. Where the Get Started method is used, our team guides you through adding a user and signing in with the QR code shown during setup; the website does not generate an order QR code.
03 · Rental duration and access
Game pages offer 1 Month and Lifetime plans with Primary or Secondary access, subject to availability. Confirm the start date, end date, console-sharing permissions, online requirements, and activation limits before payment. Access expires at the end of a fixed rental period and will be revoked; continued access requires an agreed renewal. Lifetime is subject to the specific covered term and service limitations agreed before payment and does not by itself mean perpetual ownership.
04 · Pricing and charges
Configured plan prices and discounts are displayed on the website in INR. Ask for price means a quote is required. Prices may change for future orders; the price confirmed for an accepted order remains as agreed. There are currently no shipping or digital delivery charges. Exchanges may incur additional service charges, which will be explained before you agree to the exchange. Any other applicable charges must be disclosed before payment.
05 · Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns and refunds require a valid reason and are subject to review by our team. If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving access. After this period, a valid reason must be provided and confirmed by our team. A return or exchange is not available solely because you have used the product for the full agreed rental period and now want another game. Once a valid reason is confirmed and a refund is approved, we process it on the same day; receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full process. These conditions do not exclude consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
06 · Incorrect or wrong product
If you receive the wrong game, edition, or access option, contact VONLYLEGAL immediately on WhatsApp at +91 8114431454. Once we confirm the error, we will provide the correct product within 1–2 hours. Include your order or payment reference and the details of the product received.
07 · User responsibilities
Keep the login credentials provided to you confidential and do not share them without authorisation. Misuse or unauthorised sharing may result in termination of access without a refund, subject to applicable rights and review of the circumstances. Provide accurate console, region, and order details and follow the setup instructions and agreed access limits. Comply with the relevant publisher and platform terms; the service does not authorise bypassing platform restrictions or technical protections. VONLYLEGAL is not represented as an official Sony, PlayStation, or publisher partner.
08 · Technical support
For login, setup, game access, or website issues, contact our team on WhatsApp at +91 8114431454. Include your game, selected plan, order or payment reference, and a description of the problem. Remove passwords and sensitive payment information from any screenshots you send.
09 · Amendments
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Changes take effect upon posting for new orders. Material changes to an already accepted order require agreement and do not silently replace the terms confirmed when that order was accepted.
