Shipping & Delivery Policy
All VONLYLEGAL orders are delivered digitally. No physical products or discs are shipped.
01 · Booking and payment
Choose your game, duration (1 Month or Lifetime), and Primary or Secondary access, then send an enquiry through the website’s WhatsApp link. Our team will confirm availability, edition, PS5 or PS4 compatibility, access terms, final price, and available payment methods before you pay. The website currently accepts enquiries through WhatsApp and does not process payments directly.
02 · Order verification and delivery time
After you make payment using the method confirmed by our team, we verify your order and payment. Orders placed after 10 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) are processed by 11 AM IST the following day. Once payment is confirmed, we provide game access within 1–2 hours. This delivery window starts when payment is confirmed, not when an enquiry is sent.
03 · Virtual delivery and setup
All deliveries are virtual. Our team provides the login details or setup instructions after verification. Where the Get Started method is used, we guide you through adding a user and signing in using the QR code shown during setup. This is an assisted access setup process; the website does not generate an order QR code. Confirm the plan’s start date and console access requirements with our team before activation.
04 · Shipping charges
There are no shipping or digital delivery charges under our current policy. Additional charges may apply to a requested product exchange. Any applicable exchange charge will be explained and agreed before the exchange is processed.
05 · Delayed or incorrect delivery
If access has not arrived within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp with your order or payment reference. If you receive the wrong game or access option, contact us immediately. Once we confirm the error, we will provide the correct product within 1–2 hours.
