01 · Requesting a return or refund
All products are delivered digitally, so no physical return shipment is required. Returns and refunds require a valid reason and are subject to review by our team. Relevant screenshots can help; remove passwords and sensitive payment information first.
02 · Exchanges within 24 hours
If you are not satisfied, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving access. After this period, exchanges are permitted only when a valid reason is provided and confirmed by our team. Additional exchange charges may apply and will be explained before you agree to the exchange.
03 · Completed rental periods
A return or exchange is not available solely because you have used the product for the full agreed rental period and now wish to switch to another game. This does not prevent you from reporting an incorrect product, non-delivery, or a problem with the access originally promised.
04 · Incorrect or wrong product
If you receive the wrong game, edition, or access option, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Once we confirm the error, we will provide the correct product within 1–2 hours. Include the details of what you ordered and what you received so we can investigate promptly.
05 · Non-delivery and access problems
Report missing delivery or access that does not work as agreed to our support team. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as correcting access, replacing the product, or approving a refund. If you need to cancel before access is provided, contact us promptly so we can review the order status.
06 · Refund processing
Once our team confirms a valid reason and approves a refund, we process the refund on the same day. We will confirm the refund amount and payment method with you. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider; same-day processing does not guarantee same-day receipt.
